Sometimes we feel happy and sometimes we don’t – but do you know why you feel sometimes better
than other times or why you feel very bad sometimes?! Here is a guicance on how to be happy
with yourself
Letting your ego judge you and others
This is probably the biggest pitfall when it comes to being happy and fulfilled with yourself -
letting your ego take over and always judging yourself and others. Am I better, is he better?
Oh he seems to be better at this than me, well I have to suck. This is how we think and we are
not made to think like that if we want to be happy. Stop this negative habit now and focus on
being grateful for what you have
Regarding what other people think when it comes to yourself
You should not be regarding what other people think about you when it comes to
how much you value yourself – okay you should be considerate of other peoples reaction towards you.
But you should really be indifferent to what they think about you, if you are happy with yourself
and your way of life. You need to get used to making decisions yourself if you want to be consistently
fulfilled and this also means judging yourself on your own standards.
Having inner centeredness
If you want to be happy and fulfilled with your life you will need to have inner centeredness.
That means basically aligning your inner compass. You need to have a path in life. You need
to decide what is important to you and your life and what is not and then you need to
follow that self-created path. If you then follow this selfcreated path, then you posses
inner centeredness. Congratulations. Then you just have to make sure, that you do not leave
it because of others.
Additionally to this I would recommend some positive thinking books by authors like Eckhart Tolle or Anthony Robbins if you are
serious about this.
This was a guidance on how to be happy with yourself. I hope you could take a lot of value out of this and I would be very appreciative if I could have helped another individual be more happy and fulfilled in life
