Quotes and How to Change Your Life

Learning how to change your attitude is something our Mom’s talked to us about but it’s not something we took very seriously.  “Change your attitude” was more a command or suggestion rather than something that we thought we could actually participate in achieving.  Years down the road, many of us begin to realize the true meaning behind our ability, or lack of ability, to change our own attitudes and our perception of our individual life.

More often than not, our attitudes begin to change as we grow and mature.  We don’t have the same thoughts and beliefs when we’re in our 20’s as we did as young children.  We can all agree on that concept, right?  This same concept applies for each period of our lives as we grow older.  Your attitude and life beliefs are entirely different in your 30’s than they were in your 20’s and so on.  This is a wonderful correlation to help you understand that any difficult situation that you currently find yourself in will not hold near the importance that it does now compared to what you’ll feel about it in your 30’s and further on.

Meet each day, and each day’s problems, head on.  You can only gain wisdom and experience through embracing each moment fully and moving on to the next moment.  Some are moments of joy, some aren’t.  They all carry the same importance to our future selves.  This is how we learn from our mistakes and gather wisdom and experience.  Don’t avoid the experiences that you are presented with each of your days.

There are some great Albert Einstein quotes relating to life, growing with wisdom, and the toll our emotions take on our happiness.

“Anger dwells only in the bosom of fools” –Albert Einstein   This particular quote frankly states the truth about living with anger.

“But the personality that finally emerges is largely formed by the environment in which a man happens to find himself during his development, by the structure of the society in which he grows up, by the tradition of that society, and by its appraisal of particular types of behavior” – another quote by Mr. Einstein.  Via this quote, you can appreciate the differences in each of us and understand why not one of us are the same. We are all dealt our own hand of cards, play each of yours wisely and stop occasionally to consider that others in your environment are simply dealing the best they can with the cards that they, themselves, were dealt.
