Spiritus is Latin for “Spirit” and I liked the way that Spiritus is made up of Spirit and Us. I felt that this was spot on for what I wanted my blog to be about. It’s about our family and our self. The interconnectedness of all of us living beings. So it’ll be a pretty broad topic but I hope that you’ll find something of interest.
Spirituality, family, relationships, wellness and self development are all themes I hope to explore with this blog. And I very much believe that our animal spirit guides are part of that big family.
So I hope you’ll take a break from your busy and perhaps stressful day and find some respite amongst these pages. Let your spirit always guide you.
